These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of services provided by Your Custom Songs. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Your Custom Songs provides personalized digital songs and related creative services based on the information, preferences, stories, and direction submitted by customers.
2. Customer Information and Submissions
You are responsible for the information and materials you submit, including names, stories, memories, photographs, lyrics, recordings, and other content.
You represent that you have the right to provide submitted material for use in creating your order and that your submission does not unlawfully violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
3. Creative Interpretation
Custom songs are creative works. We make reasonable efforts to follow your questionnaire and requested direction, but artistic interpretation is part of the songwriting and production process.
Specific melodies, vocal performances, arrangements, instrumentation, or other creative results are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as part of your purchased service.
4. Digital and AI-Assisted Production
Our production process may use digital, automated, and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools for songwriting, music production, vocals, editing, mixing, mastering, visual creation, or related creative work.
Each order is created using the information and direction provided for that specific order.
5. Revisions
Revision availability depends on the package purchased. The number of included revisions is displayed before purchase and on your private order page.
When submitting a revision request, please include all desired changes for that revision. Once submitted, that revision is considered used.
Customers are not required to use an included revision. If you are satisfied with your first preview, you may approve it immediately.
6. Approval
Selecting the approval option confirms that you accept the current song and authorize us to proceed with final delivery.
Approval closes the active revision stage for that order.
7. Delivery
Orders are delivered digitally through a private order-tracking page, email, or another electronic delivery method provided by us.
Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing final files after delivery.
8. Turnaround Times
Any delivery estimates shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Production time may vary depending on order complexity, revisions, customer response time, and order volume.
9. Payments
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Personal and Commercial Use
Usage rights depend on the package and add-ons purchased. Unless a commercial license is expressly included or purchased, the delivered song is intended for personal use.
Commercial licensing terms may be provided separately for qualifying orders.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or intended to impersonate another person unlawfully.
13. Availability
We may refuse or cancel an order when we cannot reasonably or lawfully provide the requested service. If we cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, an appropriate refund will be provided where applicable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page will apply from its stated effective date.
