Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each custom song is created specifically for an individual customer using the information and creative direction provided with the order.
Before Production Begins
If you contact us before work on your order has begun, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, subject to any non-refundable payment processing costs where permitted by law.
After Production Begins
Once songwriting, production, recording, generation, editing, mixing, mastering, or other custom work has begun, the order is generally non-refundable because work has already been performed specifically for you.
After Your First Preview
Once a custom-song preview has been delivered, the order is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the purchased service.
Revision Requests
If your package includes revisions, reasonable dissatisfaction that can be addressed through the included revision process should be handled through that revision process rather than a refund.
If We Cannot Fulfill Your Order
If we are unable to provide a purchased service, we will provide an appropriate refund for the portion of the order that cannot be fulfilled.

Contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and a description of the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
